Q. How long does it take for a costume to be delivered?

A. We have a number of delivery services but all our UK based deliveries are done by our courier service. Our courier service is a next day service from Monday to Friday, weekend deliveries can be arranged.

Q. If my costume does not fit how do I return it.

A. If your costume does not fit please can you return it to 11 Low Farm Drive, Carlton Colville, Lowestoft, NR33 8HQ. Please have a look at our returns policy to get full details

Q. I am looking for a costume but you do not have it.

A. We have a facility on our website that gives the option to “Suggest a Costume”. Please click on this link and it will redirect you to a page where there is a form to complete. Fill in the form with your details and the costume you are looking for and we will let you know as soon as we have found your costume.

Q. A costume that I am looking for is out of stock or the size is not available.

A. We try to make sure all costumes on our website are in stock but some costumes are in very high demand and we are sometimes sold out. It takes us 24 hours to replace the stock(as long as the wholesaler has it in stock)
